Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of The Anglo-Austrian Society takes place online in June. For the meeting we welcome members from across the UK and beyond.

At the AGM, in additional to the formal business, we usually hear from some of our grant holders.
Last June we were joined by Daria Myerscough and Felix Wagner. Daria received an Otto Harpner grant during 2024 to support a visit to Vienna to undertake fieldwork focussing on legacy attitudes to the remaining Second World War anti-aircraft flak towers in Vienna, Berlin and Hamburg. Felix Wagner, who held the Society’s Angela Krosik Doctoral Award for the past four years, described the range of his experience in Oxford, where he undertook his doctoral studies at the University’s EPSRC Centre for Health Data Science.
In 2026 two of the Society’s recent grant holders will be making presentations to the AGM.
